Hello!
With once-dependable social platforms currently in a state of flux, the need for understanding and predicting audience behavior is more crucial than ever. Where is your target audience getting their information? What types of content are they most interested in engaging with? How can your organization or brand build a loyal audience that will stick with you both on- and off-platform? How can you stay one step ahead of the constant changes in consumers' media consumption habits and adopt a communications strategy that works?
As someone who was spent close to a decade in social and audience development, I can help you answer those questions. No function of an organization is closer to the audience than social, and my experience has made me an expert at identifying target audiences, figuring out where they "live" online, and learning to speak their language. My expertise here ranges from aerial-view strategic thinking to more granular, word-perfect content execution.
In addition to my in-house tenures at VICE Media and Robinhood Markets, I have done considerable and varied freelance work for a wide range of clients—including everything from a publicly traded B2B/B2G organization, to large-scale financial service providers, to boutique startup brands in wine and cannabis—and serving a truly diverse array of audiences. My former clients have targeted audiences ranging from the global to the hyperlocal, and have implemented B2B, B2G, and B2C strategies.
I’m also a published writer with bylines in VICE, The Guardian, and The Stopgap (to name a few) and I have a proven knack for both crafting stories that resonate and for communicating complex concepts in simple and accessible ways.
I'm currently taking some time to work on personal projects and weigh the options for my next professional move, but I'm open to having conversations with any organization that's looking to stay a step ahead of the curve and find some solid footing on shifting ground. Feel free to reach out!
